It is normal that everyone ask for help from others in some situation
I would say: It is ok when you request for help,
BUT
not command for help.
Please be polite when asking others for help as this is a manner in life.
It make people uncomfortable to receive your command to lend you a hand.
A reminder myself, A reminder for someone.
Just to be polite all the while as you are not in prior condition to receive help from others.
